I am a Level 2 Wim Hof Method (certified 2017), Master Instructor for Oxygen Advantage (certified 2018), and Level 2 Buteyko Instructor (certified 2019) from Alexandria, Virginia, trained directly under Wim Hof, HRV clinician and practice leader Dr Jay Wiles, and global breathing expert Patrick McKeown.
I led two Winter Expeditions with Wim Hof in Karpacz, Poland up the famous Mount Snezka, in 2023 and 2024.
I serve as USA/Canada Instructor Lead for the WHM Global Community Board, the highest level possible.
Through my company, Breathe Your Power, I have led thousands through ice, through breath journeys, and trained hundreds of athletes.
I put people back in touch with their innate powers, their native capacity to modulate their autonomic nervous system, to become happier, healthier, stronger, improve athletic performance, find their voice and full expression, and change and shift their lives with more ease and grace.
I use breathwork, functional breathing re-education, HRV training and biofeedback, mindset, learning about physiology and neurology, aligning with circadian programming, fun, controlled stressors (such as cold and breathwork), and community to create a space for exploration, growth, performance optimization, and transformation.
I am partnering or collaborating with HRV device companies, retreat providers, dental practices, osteopaths, chiropractors, mindset programs, gyms, triathlon programs, open-water swim programs, and school-lunch pioneers.
I love working with technical groups where I provide the foundation of presence, power, and self-control that allows them to master their chosen skill.
I thrive on connecting people to their power, to resources, to each other. I don't believe that you have more to you, I know it.
