Full Power is functional breathing, heart rate variability (HRV) training and biofeedback, movement, mindset, community, healthy risk, knowledge, play, and self-awareness.
Full Power is an 7-week program that points you back to you, shows and trains you to use your innate control knobs, and provides the structure and support for exploration and optimization. Of life itself.
