Wim Hof Method Fundamentals
In this small-group workshop you will learn how to master your breathing, mindset, and cold adaptation techniques to improve focus, reduce stress, enhance mental and physical performance, boost your immune system, increase cold tolerance, and uncover the hidden abilities of your physiology.
You will learn how to control your autonomic nervous system, tone your vagus nerve, and engage long-dormant natural powers within you.
Full Power
What is Full Power? It’s you, in control of you.
Whether you are an elite athlete looking to squeeze that extra 4-10% improvement, or a long Covid sufferer restoring basic breathing and heart rate and nervous system function, or chronically anxious, overwhelmed and distracted, or a mouth breather, or poor sleeper, or just not having fun in life anymore, this program will move the needle for you.
Full Power is functional breathing, heart rate variability (HRV) training and biofeedback, movement, mindset, community, healthy risk, knowledge, play, and self-awareness.
Full Power is an 7-week program that points you back to you, shows and trains you to use your innate control knobs, and provides the structure and support for exploration and optimization. Of life itself.
Next group launches May 29. Registration deadline May 17. Capped at ten participants.
Donation-based. No one will be turned down due to finances. My out-of-pocket per-person costs are $300. Suggested donation $2000. Yes, really. You will have an opportunity to adjust up or down at the end, too, as you are called.
