Episode 1: Overcoming Addictive Eating - When "Try Your Best" Doesn't Work

Sarah found herself in her 40s, a suburban mom lost in her kids, 60 lbs overweight, on 9 prescriptions, and was told by her doctor that there was nothing else they could do for her chronic pain.  She saw that food addiction was the persistent consistent thread across all her maladies and self-defeating behaviors, and there was no room for "try your best” - -she needed firm uncompromising structure and support. Today, she is thriving.  "What do I want to eat today?" has been replaced with "I commit my food..."  No more question; a plan.  She has built a robust and empowering accountability network that allows her to move with greater freedom through life, and with it has come community, clarity, structure, and freedom from food obsession.
